My name is Joshua. I am one of many Israelites that escaped from the oppression of my people in Egypt. A man named Moses saved all of us from this oppression. He would not have been able to do this if it wasn't for God as he was the one who came down and spoke to Moses. After being led out of Egypt, we were stopped at Mt. Sinai. This is where my story begins. The next forty years would be spent traveling through this area, trying to reach the destined land of Canaan. In case you were wondering, the current position I am in is the first day after the death of Moses. My mission at the moment is to guide the people Moses once led into the land of Canaan. This blog will cover my entire forty-year journey, experienced and written in the first person.
